Artist Statement:
"A favorite small painting that was done standing by the river that runs through Zion's Canyon. A hot dry day encouraged me to dash off a calligraphic sketch of this well-known landmark in the area. It was done on a piece of sanded paper toned a pale pinkish violet. In spite of the weather it was great fun."
